Dr Raya Shahir is a GMC-registered medical doctor with a passion for healthy, confident skin. She holds both a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree with First Class Honours from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the prestigious Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London.
With a specialist interest in clinical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr Raya has also completed advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Dermatology at Harley Academy, the UK's leading medical aesthetics institution, graduating with a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (PGDipAes).
Dr Raya's dual background in pharmacy and medicine gives her a uniquely in-depth understanding of how the skin functions at a cellular level, and how internal health, hormones, nutrition, and lifestyle directly influence how the skin ages and repairs itself.
